Preserve ocean diversity by choosing sustainably harvested fish. Over 70% of the world's fish species are overfished but others such as wild Alaskan salmon and freshwater prawns, are managed well. Avoid farm raised Salmon. Large salmon farms are major polluters and threaten endangered wild fish populations. Farmed salmon may also have high levels of PCBs, pollutants linked to lower IQs in children.
